The ECM Software System can be either installed on site in a Java environment or outsourced to CreditExpo who provide a reporting service through encrypted secure chanels.

The size of the overall loan book;

The number of constituent portfolios and sub-portfolios;

The number of ECM users.

Post ECM installation, staff training takes half a day per 6 staff
